This week included a lot of minor improvements to our systems and also the major launch: Our new AI agents. These agents are designed to streamline and enhance our recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective.

AI Agents Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a buzzword in anything and everything tech, often referring to devices equipped with neuromorphic processors or AI accelerators. These specialized chips, inspired by the brain’s structure, excel at parallel processing, making them ideal for tasks like image recognition, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.

I prefer to think of AI as “Automated Intelligence.” – Automating tasks with some common-sense applied. With the lack global shortage of common sense at the present time, there is no wonder AI Agents can do task-based things better than most humans.

To address this, we’ve implemented a two-click unsubscribe process, requiring users to confirm their unsubscribe action. This keeps us spam compliant and reduces automated unsubscribes. Agents who were automatically unsubscribed have been resubscribed to our campaigns.

Independent Email Marketing System Instances

We’re building out individual instances of our email marketing system for each client. This development will provide clients with more visibility, personalized tracking, and custom domains. Additionally, clients will have full ownership rights to their systems, including landing pages and career websites.
